Functie
Als Product Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het meedenken in de ontwikkeling en voor de uitvoering van de strategische en operationele productstrategie van de producten in België en in het buitenland op korte en op lange termijn en zorgt voor een optimale implementatie van het actieplan:
- Je beheerst het product levenscyclus (PLC) van A tot Z (strategie, actieplan, coördinatie) voor de verschillende producten van de portfolio.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nieuwe producten lancering (NPD) van het idee tot de lancering bij klanten.
- Je bouwt marketingdata op voor de producten op klant - concurrent - consument niveau (trends, pricing, nieuwe producten…).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk samen met Product Marketeer voor de tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van het goedgekeurde plan.
- Je evalueert de impact van de geïmplementeerde initiatieven en maakt aanbevelingen voor toekomstige optimalisaties.
- Je beheert de productportefeuille rekening houdend met de levenscyclus van het product.
- Je beheert het merk (brand awareness & product recognition) van alle producten.
- Je geeft product trainingen & presentaties aan het verkoopteam & klanten.
- Je treedt op als facilitator tussen verschillende departementen (marketing, R&D, financiën, supply chain, verkoop...) met betrekking tot alle evenementen die gepaard gaan met de implementatie van de productstrategie voor alle producten van het bedrijf (bestaande & nieuwe).
Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma in marketing/TW of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Product Manager in de voedingssector.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden.
- Je neemt initiatief, bent creatief en oplossingsgericht en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de marketingafdeling.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
