Astara Western Europe NV maakt deel uit van de Spaanse astara groep, een internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in open mobiliteitsoplossingen. Astara is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Fleet Public Affairs Manager om ons Fleet-team te versterken. In deze sleutelpositie beheer en optimaliseer je openbare en overheidsaanbestedingen, zodat Astara's merkenportfolio een betrouwbare partner wordt voor lokale autoriteiten en overheden. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het opbouwen van langdurige professionele relaties, het adviseren van overheidsklanten en het stimuleren van verkoop in de publieke sector.

Jouw VerantwoordelijkhedenRelatiebeheer

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke, langdurige partnerschappen met overheidsinstanties.

  • Je treedt op als strategisch adviseur voor fleetbeheer en biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor voertuigkeuze, leasingopties, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) en duurzame mobiliteit.

Fleet Sales

  • Je leidt aanbestedingsprocessen door gedetailleerde voorstellen voor te bereiden en te zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke vereisten.

  • Je presenteert op maat gemaakte mobiliteitsoplossingen op basis van klantbehoeften en voert contractonderhandelingen om aan overheidsvereisten te voldoen.

  • Je behaalt verkoopdoelen door op maat gemaakte vlootoplossingen en aanvullende diensten aan te bieden.

Business Development

  • Je identificeert en benadert nieuwe overheidsklanten op lokaal, regionaal en nationaal niveau.

  • Je bouwt netwerken binnen publieke instanties om nieuwe zakelijke kansen te creëren.

  • Je vertegenwoordigt Astara op overheidsevenementen om de zichtbaarheid en kansen voor het merk te maximaliseren.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante werkervaring.

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in verkoop aan de publieke sector.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met aanbestedingen en complexe verkoopprocessen is essentieel.

  • Kennis van automobielwetgeving is een voordeel.

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).

  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.

  • Vaardig in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
