Functieomschrijving
Als Maintenance Technician sta je in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van de terminal.
Je voert onderhoudswerken uit op een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle manier zodat de continuïteit van de operaties optimaal gegarandeerd wordt.
Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden volgens de werkpakketten die worden aangereikt door de supervisors en conform de werkinstructies. Daarnaast zorg je ook voor:
- Het proactief melden van (dreigende) storingen en input leveren voor de storingsanalyse;
- Het veilig uitvoeren van werken door o.a. zone-inspectie, zone-afbakening, vrijschakelen van installaties;
- Terugkoppeling in verband met de kwaliteit van de werkvoorbereiding;
- Het melden en ingrijpen bij onveilige situaties;
- Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van externe partners/contractors op de terminal.
Je bent iemand die vlot kan communiceren en perfect kan functioneren in teamverband. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en dynamisch. Je bent gedreven en continu op zoek naar verbetering. Verder bezit je ook volgende competenties:
- Een multidisciplinair technisch profiel, met expertise in zowel mechanica, instrumentatie & elektriciteit.
- Ervaring in een operationele omgeving (opslag terminals, productieomgeving…) is een pluspunt.
- Veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel, dit is prioriteit nummer 1 voor je.
- Digitale vaardigheden: Je kan werken met een onderhoudspakket voor het administratief borgen van de werkorders.
