Dankzij jouw projectexpertise en maatschappelijke voelsprieten help je de visie van Cevora waar te maken. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je zet projecten op en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering binnen scope, timing en budget. Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega's (pedagogisch team, communicatie, IT…) en externe partners (sectorfondsen, consultants, opleiders…). Je waakt over de kwaliteit, impact en opvolging van jouw projecten. Je deelt inzichten en inspireert anderen binnen en buiten de organisatie. Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel? Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager . Je werkt zelfstandig én bent een sterke teamspeler. Je bent vertrouwd met agile methodes, changemanagement en co-creatie. Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent analytisch én resultaatgericht. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
