afarax is looking for a freelance Process Engineer. We need youThe project: Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team.Key responsibilities:1. Process Review & ImplementationAnalyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimization initiatives.Design, formalize, and document new or improved processes to ensure consistency and measurability.Guarantee proper governance and knowledge transfer across teams.2. Team Operations & CoordinationCollaborate closely with team leaders and department heads to align practices and objectives.Define skill matrices and development paths, identifying key talents for upskilling or training programs.Support operational alignment across departments to improve service delivery.3. Team Leader Coaching & SupportCoach team leaders in developing managerial and organizational skills.Provide operational support to enhance daily team management and service performance.4. Quality Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementDefine and monitor KPIs to assess service quality and operational efficiency.Supervise quality monitoring activities and implement corrective measures when needed.Promote best practices and ensure consistent application across teams.5. Change Management & Service DeploymentPartner with key stakeholders to ensure coherence in objectives and service delivery.Provide expertise in change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.Accompany teams through transition phases and promote engagement with new processes.Is this you?
