You will take ownership of the technical and analytical side of paid social, ensuring scalable, data-driven growth across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesLead performance strategy for paid social channels across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and others.Manage advanced automation setups, auction strategies, and performance workflows.Build and optimise data pipelines between client systems and advertising platforms.Own feed management and ensure structured, error-free integrations.Implement incrementality testing and advanced measurement frameworks.Collaborate closely with the creative lead to align creative and performance strategies.Report on performance trends, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Experiences & CompetencesExtensive senior experience in paid social performance, automation and bidding systems.Deep knowledge of Smartly, feed management and campaign automation tools.Strong understanding of platform APIs, data flows and signal quality optimisation.Skilled in incrementality testing and advanced performance measurement.Hands-on expertise with Meta Auction, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and cross-platform tracking.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.OfferFreelance assignment within an innovative, internationally active travel organization.Fully remote role with monthly on-site alignment in Germany.High urgency: immediate onboarding required.Strategic role with ownership over performance infrastructure and scaling strategy.
