Our platform integrates seamlessly with existing MES, ERP and manufacturing systems to guide operators step by step, reduce human errors, accelerate training and generate valuable production data. Today, Arkite is used by leading manufacturers across automotive, aerospace, electronics, healthcare and many other industries, supported by an international network of certified partners.

To further expand our global partner ecosystem, we are looking for an ambitious Channel Sales Manager.

Your role

As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our partner network across Southern Europe and Latin America.

Rather than focusing on cold acquisition, you will work closely with our existing distributors, system integrators and technology partners to convert opportunities into successful projects. You will become the commercial link between Arkite, our partners and manufacturing customers.

You will report to our commercial management team while collaborating closely with marketing, project engineering and customer success.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners throughout Southern Europe and Latin America
  • Follow up inbound leads together with local partners and support them throughout the complete sales cycle
  • Organise customer visits, live demonstrations and workshops together with partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand our partner network in strategic markets
  • Support partners with the commercial and technical positioning of the Arkite Platform
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals together with the internal sales team
  • Coordinate with project engineers to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements
  • Represent Arkite at international trade fairs, customer events and partner meetings
  • Contribute to joint marketing initiatives including webinars, exhibitions and lead generation campaigns
  • Monitor sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM administration
  • Help partners grow their local business by identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience
  • Experience in B2B sales, channel sales or partner management
  • Affinity with manufacturing, industrial automation or software solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to both partners and end customers
  • Able to work independently while collaborating within an international team
  • Organised, proactive and commercially driven
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Willing to travel regularly within Southern Europe and occasionally to Latin America
