The womenswear collection is known for its luxurious knitwear and translation into textural prints.Job DescriptionThis is a full time hands-on role in a small team, requiring an active presence on the shop floor and day-to-day involvement in sales, operations, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of the retail store and act as a role model on the shop floorBe personally and consistently involved in day-to-day selling, driving individual and store sales targetsAct as the first point of contact for customers and handling first-line customer service.Process and coordinate online orders, which are fulfilled and shipped directly from store stockOversee stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organizationEnsure daily maintenance and overall presentation of the storeHire, train, and develop the retail teamWork closely with headquarters in Antwerp to align on visual merchandising, brand standards, and expectationsRecap monthly store performance and report on current business trendsParticipate in seasonal collection buying at our Antwerp showroomQualificationsMinimum 2 years experience within a luxury sales environmentMust be proficient in Excel, CRM, POS and digital literacyFluency in written and spoken English and Dutch, French is a plusA good understanding of the contemporary and luxury fashion sceneGood analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including early evenings, weekends and holidays when required
