Voor een Europese marktleider in hoogwaardige kunststofoplossingen zoeken wij een gedreven SAP Coördinator die het bedrijf klaarmaakt voor de toekomst. Onze opdrachtgever staat bekend om een mensgerichte cultuur, een platte hiërarchie en een sterke focus op duurzame innovatie. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je niet slechts een beheerder, maar een interne consultant en facilitator. Je vormt de brug tussen de operationele business en de complexe IT-architectuur. Je krijgt de regie over het SAP-landschap (S/4 HANA) en zorgt ervoor dat technologie de groei van de organisatie ondersteunt in plaats van vertraagt. Jouw impact op de organisatie: Project Lead: Je trekt strategische projecten rondom SAP-upgrades en procesoptimalisaties. Stakeholder Management: Je adviseert afdelingshoofden en fungeert als klankbord voor Key Users; je vertaalt business-puzzels naar technische oplossingen. Vendor Management: Je stuurt externe IT-partners aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geleverde services (zoals EDI en VIM). Innovatie: Je signaleert trends en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetervoorstellen voor de internationale vestigingen. Waar ga je werken? Je combineert een scherpe analytische geest met een empathische, verbindende persoonlijkheid: Je hebt een Master- of Bachelorniveau met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen SAP (bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving). Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Je houdt van overzicht en structuur, maar verliest nooit de menselijke kant van een proces uit het oog.
