Description du poste

Nous recherchons un technicien d'assistance sur site possédant un anglais/français avancé (excellentes compétences conversationnelles) pour notre succursale à Bruxelles.

Après une période d'intégration, mêlant formation métier et formation pratique, vous rejoindrez une de nos équipes pour répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs. Vous assisterez les utilisateurs à distance en utilisant diverses méthodes (téléphone, e-mail, chat, soins personnels).

Vos principales tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Répondre aux demandes techniques via le logiciel de support technique.
  • Informer les clients sur les produits et services informatiques.
  • Guider les clients étape par étape tout au long du processus de résolution de problèmes.
  • Aider au dépannage matériel et logiciel.
  • Effectuer le suivi auprès des clients pour assurer un service satisfaisant.
  • Communiquer les commentaires des clients aux membres de l’équipe interne appropriés.
  • Prendre en charge les applications et outils Microsoft 365, aidant les utilisateurs avec les fonctionnalités.
  • Apporter votre expertise sur divers environnements techniques tels que Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Justifier d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de technicien helpdesk (une expérience en alternance sera prise en compte).
  • Être passionné par l'informatique et la résolution de problèmes.
  • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Avoir un sens aigu du service client.
  • Être motivé et engagé, ce qui est la clé de votre réussite dans ce rôle.
  • Avoir un bon niveau de conversation en anglais et en français. Une troisième langue est un bonus.
