Bibliotheken Zonder Grenzen is een NGO die als mandaat heeft om de meest kwetsbare bevolkingsgroepen toegang te geven tot kennis. BZG zet cultuur, informatie en educatie in als hefbomen voor de emancipatie en ontplooiing van iedereen, als individu en als burger. In België is het ons doel om sociale ongelijkheden te verminderen, zodat iedereen dezelfde kansen kan genieten en zichzelf kan versterken. Met dit in gedachten, streven we ernaar om innovatieve onderwijsprojecten te ontwerpen en uit te rollen, aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen in kwetsbare situaties.

Je project:
In België zijn we bijzonder actief in het licht van één van de grote uitdagingen van onze eeuw: digitale inclusie. Aangezien digitale technologie de (soms enige) toegangspoort is geworden tot grondrechten (het recht op huisvesting, werkgelegenheid, gezondheid, sociaal en cultureel leven, enz.), is het beheersen van digitale knowhow een essentiële voorwaarde geworden om volledig en actief te kunnen deelnemen aan de samenleving. Bijna de helft van de Belgische burgers vindt het echter moeilijk om op de digitale kar te springen en bevindt zich in een situatie van sociale uitsluiting.

Geconfronteerd met deze uitdaging, bestaat ons actiemechanisme meestal uit het opleiden en uitrusten van eerstelijnsactoren (maatschappelijk werkers, bibliothecarissen, enz.) die in contact komen met kwetsbare bevolkingsgroepen, zodat ze hun vaardigheden en digitale autonomie kunnen versterken. We bieden ook workshopcursussen aan voor burgers met specifieke behoeften (vrouwen, senioren, werkzoekenden) met digitale problemen en ontwikkelen ook innovatieve projecten (intergenerationele wederzijdse hulp, opleiding van vrijwilligers in bedrijven, enz.). In december 2022 werden de inspanningen van Bibliotheken Zonder Grenzen België op het vlak van digitale inclusie bekroond met de Federale Prijs voor de Strijd tegen Armoede, uitgereikt door de POD Maatschappelijke Integratie.

Jouw missie:
Onder toezicht van de Programme Manager en in samenwerking met het team "digitale inclusie" (met name de andere Project Officers en Trainers) zal de belangrijkste missie van de Project Officer erin bestaan te zorgen voor het goede verloop en de dagelijkse monitoring van een of meer projecten voor digitale inclusie en de uitvoering van de doelstellingen van deze projecten.

Meer Specifiek Is De Project Officer Verantwoordelijk Voor:

  • Ontwikkeling van operationele partnerschappen in verband met de projecten
  • Coördinatie van activiteiten in samenwerking met de trainers
  • Beheer en opvolging van het interventieschema
  • Verzamelen en monitoren van de impact van het project
  • Logistieke opvolging van het project (bestellen van materialen, opvolging, etc.)
  • Administratieve opvolging (uitreiking van facturen, verzending van samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, enz.)
  • Deelname aan de communicatie van het (de) project(en) in samenwerking met het communicatieteam en de Programme Manager
  • Mobilisatie van structuren, gemeenschappen en mensen die de projecten kunnen versterken
  • Deelname aan evenementen en bijeenkomsten met betrekking tot het thema

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding en/of ervaring:
    • Je hebt al verschillende ervaringen in projectmanagement in het kader van een eerste job of stages
    • Je hebt een diploma in sociale wetenschappen, managementwetenschappen, enz.
  • Vaardigheden:
    • Uitstekende organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden
    • Vermogen om actief operationele partners te werven
    • Goede schrijfvaardigheid en het vermogen om te synthetiseren
    • Uitstekend vermogen om computerplanningstools te beheren (Excel, Office Suite, Canvas, Power Point en snel nieuwe onder de knie kunnen krijgen)
    • Flexibiliteit en gemakkelijke aanpassing aan nieuwe taken
    • Smaak voor uitdagingen
    • Proactiviteit en kracht van het voorstel
    • Teamgeest
  • Kennis:
    • Interesse en nieuwsgierigheid naar de thema (sociale inclusie van kwetsbare mensen, digitale kloof, digitaal onderwijs, enz.)
    • Maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en gevoeligheid voor het mandaat van Bibliotheken zonder Grenzen
    • Kennis van het Belgische institutionele systeem, het ecosysteem van actoren in het onderwijs, digitale inclusie en de verenigingswereld in België is een pluspunt
    • Professionele vlotheid in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt

Voorwaarden:

  • Vergoeding op basis van de interne barema's van BZG
  • Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk
  • Contract voor bepaalde tijd tot december 2025, verlenging naar vast contract mogelijk
  • Voltijds of 4/5e
