About the Role As a Sales Assistant ( Internally called as Researcher) at EGN Belgium, you will: Identify and manage potential candidates for our network groups in close collaboration with our network advisors. Conduct initial phone conversations and act as the first point of contact for candidates. Engage candidates in meaningful discussions and schedule meetings for the network advisors. Is structured, proactive, and business minded. Communicates clearly and adapts easily to different audiences. Takes initiative and approaches tasks with care and dedication.
