Frequent direct telephone contact to resolve the incoming breakdowns quickly and efficiently through telephone support.

  1. Incoming phone calls, e-mails and faxes treating and dispatching.
  2. Accepting phone calls and responding to the customer’s inquiries and internal and external intervening parties.
  3. Reception & Services; provide technical support; search workshop.
  4. Keep the customer and all involved updated.

Profiel

  1. Technical knowledge (automotive, tires, …) is an asset.
  2. Communicate effectively by phone.
  3. Problem analysis and problem solving.
  4. Customer- and results-oriented.

We are looking for different languages:

  1. German, Dutch, English (night shift)
  2. Polish, Dutch, English (night shift)
  3. Dutch, English (Day work, on different shifts)
