De Pega Delivery Director fungeert als een vertrouwde owner, strategist, thought leader en owner van het Pega ecosysteem binnen Telenet. Hij/zij is bruggenbouwer tussen Telenet en externe partners zoals Pega. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten van Pega-programma's, waaronder planning, financieel beheer, resource-allocatie, governance en risicobeheer. De director belichaamt en bevordert de organisatiecultuur, faciliteert de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en draagt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor waardecreatie en het realiseren van strategische doelen binnen het Pega ecosysteem die bijdragen aan de winst- en waardeontwikkeling van Telenet.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwikkelen van een korte-, middellange- en langetermijnvisie voor het Pega-ecosysteem bij Telenet, afgestemd op bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de behoeften van stakeholders d.m.v. analyse van markttrends, technologieën en klantbehoeften om een toekomstgerichte roadmap te ontwerpen.
- Optimalisaties en nieuwe initiatieven bevorderen in samenwerking met andere afdelingen, zoals processen, systemen en beleid.
- Het budget voor het Pega-platform definiëren, monitoren en aanpassen; optreden als business owner voor het Pega-ecosysteem.
- Feitelijke en verantwoorde beslissingen nemen over investeringen en initiatieven die waarde toevoegen.
- Het potentieel van het Pega-ecosysteem maximaliseren door verbeterprogramma's en innovaties te implementeren.
- Automatiseren en optimaliseren van diensten met behulp van Pega-capabilities, in lijn met prioriteiten en waardecreatie binnen Telenet.
- Leidinggeven aan het Pega management team, in samenwerking met key delivery-partners en het Pega account team.
- Rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en ontwikkelingsdoelen definiëren en teams coachen om continue groei en uitmuntendheid te bevorderen.
- Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders, inclusief klantenorganisaties en het Pega-accountteam.
- Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor Pega-gerelateerde activiteiten, vertrouwen opbouwen en samenwerking bevorderen.
- Deelname aan branche-evenementen en netwerken met andere Pega-klanten om inzichten op de markt te gebruiken binnen Telenet.

Vereisten
- Master's degree, Burgerlijk Ingenieur of PhD met minimaal 12 jaar ervaring.
- Ten minste 10 jaar ervaring met software ontwikkeling binnen de Pega-context.
- Ervaring in flexibele en agile omgevingen is een pluspunt.
- In staat om Telenet's globale strategie te vertalen naar concrete Pega-doelstellingen en resultaten.
- Expertise in Pega-gedreven transformaties, het identificeren van verbeterkansen en het implementeren van schaalbare oplossingen.
- Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden, met ervaring in het beheren van teams en complexe projecten.
- Analytisch en conceptueel sterk, met het vermogen om zowel technische als zakelijke aspecten te doorgronden.
- Samenwerkings- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden om uiteenlopende belangen te verenigen en organisatorische doelen te bereiken.
