In 2026 start een strategisch integratieproject binnen een industriële organisatie. Het doel is om transversale componenten rond Order Entry te integreren met lokale applicaties. Het project loopt ongeveer 28 maanden. Binnen deze context zoeken we een extra IT-analist voor het lokale Order Entry-team. Vanaf dag één neem je onder andere deze taken op: Inwerken in de centrale oplossing en de lokale Order Entry-applicaties Schakel vormen tussen IT en business Uitvoeren van IT-analyses en impactanalyses op basis van features en user stories Aansturen en opvolgen van ontwikkelaars (onshore en offshore) Uitvoeren van testen Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor indienstnames en kwaliteit Projectwerking en administratie Het project volgt Scrum/agile-methodologie met maandelijkse sprints. Functie-eisen Technisch profiel Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als IT-analist Complexe problemen en processen kunnen abstraheren, analyseren en structureren Sterk in reverse engineering Bereid om Mainframe-code (PL/I & Cool:Gen) en .NET te lezen en begrijpen Nauwgezet bij analyse, implementatie en testen van software Pluspunten Ervaring met Order Entry-processen Ervaring in een industriële omgeving Ervaring met Scrum/agile Sociaal profiel Snel kunnen inwerken in een nieuwe omgeving Communicatief en goed in teamverband Nederlands kennen of bereid dit snel te leren; Engels kunnen spreken Vlotte bereikbaarheid (Gent) Arbeidsvoorwaarden Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je: maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag; forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding; bedrijfswagen en tankkaart; hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering; eco-cheques met een max. van 250 euro per jaar; de kans om een groot netwerk op te bouwen; de mogelijkheid om je ervaring en kennis te delen met andere TEC consultants Deze opdracht kan ook als freelancer uitgevoerd worden: Betalingstermijn van 15 dagen na factuurdatum Sollicitatieprocedure Jeffrey.Janssens20@gmail.com
