E-Commerce Performance Expert Intro We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Expert You will play a key role in driving online performance, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting data-driven sales growth for our clients' digital platforms. This is a full-time position with a flexible working model, including the option to work remotely two days per week. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans to improve e-commerce performance in line with client strategies. Set up, run, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize UX, conversion, and offers. Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements across product pages, funnels, and CTAs. Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and product teams to implement changes based on insights. Manage CRO tools and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations to clients. Support lead generation, cross-selling strategies, and campaign optimizations. Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify digital best practices in relevant sectors. Validate hypotheses with data and collaborate with pricing and product teams to prioritize initiatives. Experience & Competences Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent by experience. Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance analytics. Hands-on experience with analytics and testing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely). Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with multiple stakeholders. Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset. Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in energy, telecom, or banking sectors.
