De internationale groep SEA-invest nv, met Belgische hoofdzetel in Gent-Zeehaven, is gespecialiseerd in de op- en overslag van bulkgoederen (dry & liquid), fruit en containers in zeehavens in Europa en Afrika.
In België is SEA-invest actief in de zeehavens van Antwerpen, Gent en Zeebrugge waarbij het bedrijf op ca. 20 sites in opdracht van haar klanten goederen laadt, lost, bewerkt en tijdelijk opslaat.
Deze goederen variëren van droge bulk (kolen, ertsen, mineralen, biomassa,…) over vloeibare bulk (benzine, gasolie, biodiesel, natuurlijke oliën,…) tot fruit (bananen, kiwi's,…), containers en stukgoed.
Haar dochteronderneming, BELGIAN NEW FRUIT WHARF (BNFW), is een fruitoverslagbedrijf dat jaarlijks ruim 1 miljoen ton fruit behandelt op haar terminals in de haven van Antwerpen en Zeebrugge.
Voor de vestiging in Zeebrugge zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en dynamische MAINTENANCE ENGINEER.
Vereisten
Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van onderhoudsstrategieën en -plannen om de optimale werking, betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid van apparatuur, machines of systemen binnen BNFW te waarborgen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het minimaliseren van stilstand, het verbeteren van de operationele efficiëntie en het handhaven van de hoogste normen op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
Een Greep Uit Jouw Takenpakket
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de preventieve en curatieve onderhoudsactiviteiten op de installaties vanuit het EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) pakket dat wordt uitgerold binnen BNFW.
- Je stelt de nodige onderhoudscontracten/raamcontracten op en doet de nodige tussentijdse evaluaties met deze contractors.
- Je stelt aanbestedingen op voor specifieke verbeterprojecten en werkt dit volledig uit, incl. de commerciële onderhandelingen. Je werkt een conclusie uit en je kan dit beargumenteren naar de directie toe.
- Je analyseert storingen en maakt root cause analyses (RCA) wanneer er zich problemen voordoen en formuleert voorstellen tot verbetering.
- Je stelt procedures en instructies op om het preventief onderhoud uit te voeren.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de indienststelling van nieuwe installaties en geeft de nodige opleidingen.
- Je streeft naar continue verbetering op het gebied van apparatuur, operationele processen en onderhoud.
- Je adviseert en ondersteunt de preventiedienst op technisch vlak.
- Je stuurt rechtstreeks de brigadiers aan.
- Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Directeur.
Jouw Kwaliteiten
- Je hebt jouw masterstudies in een technische richting succesvol afgerond en beschikt bij voorkeur reeds over relevante ervaring in de industrie (starters ook welkom).
- Je bent gebeten door techniek en beschikt over een scherp analytisch denkvermogen. Bovendien ben je in staat om problemen vlot te analyseren en doeltreffende oplossingen te bedenken. Je wil steeds blijven bijleren en bent permanent op zoek naar de beste/nieuwste technologieën en methodologieën die toelaten om onze systemen betrouwbaarder/efficiënter te maken.
- Je bent in staat om mogelijke risico's te definiëren en om manieren/methodologieën te bepalen om deze risico's te minimaliseren in alle werkzaamheden die je beheert. Ook ben je een krak in het consequent volgen van de bestaande veiligheidsrichtlijnen -en procedures.
- Je bent proactief en hanteert een heldere en sturende communicatie naar collega's en contractors.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd in het plannen van onderhoudstaken en het coördineren van werkzaamheden.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Je kan vlot werken met Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint en Autocad Viewer.
