Het takenpakket:
- Plannen en coördineren van onderhouds- en interventieafspraken voor techniekers.
- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, waarbij jouw nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail cruciaal zijn.
- Fungeren als contactpersoon tussen klanten en techniekers om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Beheren en verwerken van administratieve taken met betrekking tot serviceopdrachten.
- Vlot schakelen tussen Nederlands en Frans in zowel schriftelijke als mondelinge communicatie.
Jouw profiel:
- Een eerste ervaring als planner of in een gelijkaardig functie.
- Technische affiniteit is een pluspunt.
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en denkt proactief mee.
