Een globaal overzicht van de werking van alle entiteiten binnen KBC Group is daarbij cruciaal. Het gaat hierbij om de entiteiten in onze 5 kernmarkten en de corporate branches over de hele wereld. Als Corporate & Compliance Governance Advisor draag je ertoe bij dat al deze delen van onze organisatie goed aangestuurd worden. Samen met je collega’s in het Corporate & Compliance Governance team geef jij de richting aan met betrekking tot governance.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
  • Je volgt relevante wetgeving en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen Corporate & Compliance Governance nauw op.
  • Hoe identificeren, evalueren en beheren we compliance-risico’s optimaal? Hoe houden we principes en beleidsrichtlijnen up-to-date? Je zorgt mee voor meer structuur en standaardisering in onze aanpak.
  • Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen in regelgeving naar compliance organisation & governance.
  • Collega’s rekenen op jouw advies bij de implementatie van maatregelen.
  • Je monitort compliance over alle activiteiten van KBC heen. Werden de nodige maatregelen geïmplementeerd? Worden ze adequaat toegepast?
  • Samen met collega’s uit andere afdelingen monitor en beoordeel je nieuwe outsourcing cases.
  • Je monitort en evalueert hoe we klachtenbehandeling aanpakken binnen KBC Group (op groepsniveau).
  • Samen met de commerciële leidinggevenden verhoog je de awareness van KBC-medewerkers. Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van opleidingsprogramma’s.
Jouw troeven?
  • Je hebt goede kennis van regelgevingen met betrekking tot compliance governance en zo’n twee tot vijf jaar relevante ervaring in de financiële instellingen.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, idealiter in rechten, economie of IT.
  • Collega’s leren je snel kennen als een uiterst geëngageerd iemand, die mensen kan samenbrengen en meenemen in een verhaal.
  • Samen met anderen gezamenlijke doelen bereiken geeft je energie. Tegelijk werk je vlot zelfstandig.
  • Jouw aanpak is oplossingsgericht. Je kritische, analytische kijk op zaken helpt je om concrete doelen te realiseren.
  • Je communiceert assertief, overtuigend en verbindend in het Engels en Nederlands of Frans. Op de juiste momenten weet je je diplomatisch op te stellen.
