Head of Player Marketing & Loyalty – Gaming Content Location: Yerevan, Armenia | Remote-friendly - One week per month in Yerevan Are you a strategic, data‑savvy marketing leader with a passion for iGaming and player engagement? We’re looking for a Head of Player Marketing & Loyalty to drive all player‑facing marketing initiatives within a rapidly‑growing Gaming Content Business Unit of a leading B2B iGaming software provider. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a unique opportunity to lead high‑impact campaigns, shape loyalty programs, and influence the global player experience — all while collaborating with top‑tier B2B partners and operators. What You’ll Do Lead Campaigns: Develop and execute game launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and network-wide activities across Live and RNG portfolios. Partner Collaborations: Work with B2B partners to launch co‑branded campaigns that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention. Promotions & Bonuses: Design effective promo mechanics (jackpots, tournaments, retention offers) tailored to player behavior and game types. Loyalty & Player Journeys: Build and evolve loyalty systems and engagement frameworks to drive long-term retention and lifetime value. Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance, player data, and ROI to optimize strategies and outcomes. Cross‑Team Synergy: Align closely with Product, Studio, and Commercial teams for cohesive, timely marketing execution. Creative Oversight: Guide development of creative assets and in‑game messaging in partnership with design teams. What You Bring 5+ years in the iGaming industry, with a proven track record in player marketing, retention, or campaign strategy. Expertise in casino promotional tools and a deep understanding of player psychology and behavior. Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign performance tracking and segmentation. Proven success managing impactful, ROI‑positive campaigns through operators or aggregators. Excellent communicator and collaborator across product, commercial, and creative teams. Fluent in English; Armenian is a plus.
