As an Oracle Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle-based solutions, including database customizations, integrations, and extensions of the MECOMS solution. You’ll have the opportunity to explore Oracle technologies, PL/SQL programming, and tools like Oracle Forms, Reports, or APEX, all while driving your career and personal growth.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Oracle-based customizations, extensions, and data migrations.
• Implement system integrations to ensure seamless operations within the MECOMS solution.
• Write and maintain PL/SQL code for optimal database performance.
• Analyze customer needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and review technical design documents with accurate estimations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while optimizing performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers in the team.

Profile

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree in applied informatics, electronics/ICT, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle database development, including expertise in PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, or APEX is a strong advantage.
• A solid understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
