L’Execution Desk garantit la bonne exécution des ordres (actions, obligations, produits dérivés et structurés) pour plusieurs entités du Groupe CA Indosuez. L’Execution Desk recherche aujourd’hui un Execution Desk Officer (H/F) sous contratV.I.E. Vos missions et responsabilités dans le cadre de cette fonction seront notamment : Le suivi et développement des outils de la salle et mise en place de solutions d’automatisations ; La saisie dans les délais des transactions faites dans les systèmes conformément aux procédures en vigueur ; La vérification de la bonne exécution des ordres sous toutes les caractéristiques et règles du marché concerné (clôture, annulation, classement…) et la communication proactive avec les Wealth Managers ; Le suivi rigoureux de toutes les informations financières et économiques pouvant affecter les marchés financiers et le partage avec les collègues ; Les contrôles de fin de journée sur l’ensemble des ordres placés et/ou exécutés sur la journée ; Ensemble avec les collègues du Back Office, la recherche des meilleures solutions aux problèmes liés aux opérations passés par les traders ; La participation assidue aux différentes formations et test IT lors des mises‑à‑jour et/ou évolutions des systèmes et de la réglementation ; La contribution permanente aux efforts d’optimisation et d’automatisation de l’activité ; La contribution aux statistiques sur l’activité globale (actions, obligations, nombre d’opérations…) Le respect des recommandations légales, réglementaires et de conformité interne applicables, des procédures, des recommandations de la Sécurité Financière en matière de prévention du crime financier et de la fraude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
