Als specialist data officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter datakwaliteit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat data accuraat, betrouwbaar en optimaal benut wordt binnen onze organisatie.

Functiebeschrijving

Ben jij klaar om een cruciale rol te spelen in het beheren en verbeteren van datakwaliteit binnen een dynamische organisatie? Wil je impact maken met data? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou Als data officer zorg jij ervoor dat data accuraat, betrouwbaar en optimaal inzetbaar is voor de hele organisatie. Samen met de specialist data excellence zorg je ervoor dat data niet alleen accuraat en betrouwbaar is, maar ook maximaal benut wordt.

Je neemt het voortouw in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van databeleid en standaarden. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat verschillende teams data effectief en veilig gebruiken. Je brengt databronnen in kaart, verbetert processen en ondersteunt data-analyse door slimme datamodellen te ontwikkelen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de business en IT, en helpt collega’s om de waarde van data optimaal te benutten. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan betere besluitvorming en procesoptimalisatie binnen onze organisatie.

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van databeleid:
    Je stelt samen met de specialist data excellence duidelijke richtlijnen op. Je monitort de naleving en rapporteert hierover.
  • Verbeteren van datakwaliteit:
    Je voert controles uit en lost kwaliteitsproblemen op in samenwerking met data-eigenaren en technische teams. Je waarborgt dat gegevens altijd kloppen en bruikbaar zijn.
  • Samenwerken en ondersteunen:
    Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor alles rond data governance en kwaliteit. Je ondersteunt collega’s bij vragen en werkt samen met IT en analyseteams om projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Om deze functie te vervullen heb je een bachelordiploma en beschik je over de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Analytische en probleemoplossende skills: Je denkt kritisch na en vindt snel oplossingen voor complexe datavraagstukken.
  • Communicatieve kracht: Je legt technische informatie helder en toegankelijk uit.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail: Je laat niets aan het toeval over als het gaat om datakwaliteit.
  • Zelfstandigheid en proactiviteit: Je neemt initiatief en pakt taken direct op.
  • Kennis en affiniteit:
    • Informatiegestuurd werken is voor jou bekend terrein.
    • Je begrijpt processen en ziet kansen voor procesoptimalisatie.
    • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT-processen en architectuur.
    • Je beschikt over basiskennis van DPO-materie.
    • Je hebt een goede kennis van data-analyse.
