Wil jij als Senior Business Controller écht het verschil maken binnen een internationaal topbedrijf met een omzet van meer dan €1 miljard? In deze sleutelrol speel je een cruciale part in de strategische en financiële besluitvorming.
Met jouw expertise in data-analyse, forecasting en strategisch advies draag je bij aan de groei en efficiëntie van het bedrijf. Je werkt in een dynamische, innovatieve omgeving waar duurzaamheid en vooruitgang centraal staan. Vanuit de regio Gent maak je deel uit van een gedreven finance team en rapporteer je direct aan het senior management.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?
- Je voert analyses uit van de winst-en-verliesrekening (P&L), return on capital employed (ROCE) en het risicobeheer binnen diverse marktsegmenten, waarna je je bevindingen deelt met het management.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en optimaliseren van prognoses, budgetten en strategische plannen, met een focus op EBIT-niveau.
- Je signaleert trends en groeimogelijkheden in de markt en rapporteert hierover, zodat er snel op ingespeeld kan worden.
- Als Business Partner draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw segment en werk je mee aan strategische projecten zoals investeringen, CAPEX en overnames.
- Je ondersteunt belangrijke zakelijke beslissingen door het verstrekken van diepgaande financiële analyses en inzichten.
- Je helpt bij het optimaliseren van het werkkapitaal en beheert risico's die verband houden met grondstoffen en posities.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische richting en hebt minstens al 7 jaar ervaring als controller.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van SAP, wat een pluspunt is.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je uitstekend uitdrukken in het Engels.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en denkt graag proactief mee in het vinden van oplossingen.

- Een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris tussen €6.000 - €7.200 /maand afhankelijk van jouw kwaliteiten.
