Mission

En tant que Manager en Communication Externe Corporate, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le positionnement externe de Carrefour en Belgique. Vous développez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de communication qui renforcent la réputation de Carrefour auprès des parties prenantes externes. Avec vos collègues, vous veillez à diffuser un message fort et cohérent qui contribue à l'image et au succès de notre organisation.

Description de la fonction

  • Développer une stratégie de communication alignée sur la stratégie corporate, définir des objectifs de communication et des KPI, et surveiller et améliorer les résultats.
  • Créer du contenu cohérent et engageant pour les publics externes, gérer les canaux de communication et aligner les messages avec ceux en interne si nécessaire.
  • Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les médias et autres parties prenantes, anticiper les opportunités médiatiques et agir en tant que porte-parole, y compris via la radio et la télévision.
  • Gérer les canaux de communication externe et en assurer l'amélioration continue.
  • Définir des objectifs de communication et des KPI pour mesurer l'efficacité de la communication externe, suivre les résultats et proposer des améliorations.
  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de communication en cas de crise ou de gestion du changement, et organiser des événements pour informer les journalistes.
  • Informer les clients sur ce que Carrefour peut leur offrir à travers les canaux de communication externe, en particulier via les médias belges.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, le management et des partenaires externes, et contribuer à informer les clients via une communication externe conforme à notre mission et vision.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Sciences de la Communication ou en Économie et disposez d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans une fonction de communication corporate, de préférence dans un grand environnement international.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique et capable de passer facilement de la stratégie à l'exécution.
  • Vous possédez des compétences en gestion de projets et avez une expérience dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie de communication.
  • Vous êtes néerlandophone et maîtrisez parfaitement le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
  • Vous avez une expérience concrète en tant que porte-parole.
  • Vous avez une expertise en communication de crise et êtes capable de réagir rapidement et avec précision dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences analytiques et stratégiques pour identifier les opportunités médiatiques.
  • Vous êtes un(e) penseur(se) stratégique avec une mentalité pratique et une passion pour la communication, contribuant ainsi activement à une forte et positive position externe de Carrefour.
