We are looking for an IT System Engineer with a strong focus on system documentation and infrastructure. The role centers on structuring, maintaining, and evolving system documentation using MBSE approaches and tools such as DOORS. You will contribute to the design and operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, cybersecurity, and system administration. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, IT, and security teams to ensure system consistency, traceability, and compliance. Maintain and develop system documentation, requirements traceability, and modeling using MBSE approaches and tools such as DOORS or contribute to IT infrastructure management, including switches, firewalls, cybersecurity, and system administration. Deploy, configure, and test software and hardware systems or support IT platform updates, ensuring compatibility and reliability. Act as a point of contact for validation, verification, and compliance activities, providing clear feedback to engineering or IT teams. Support system configuration, access management, and operational readiness, ensuring alignment with internal standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support system evolution, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We Expect From You: Master's degree in IT, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Strong experience in MBSE, DOORS, or system documentation or solid background in networking, cybersecurity, and IT system administration. Familiarity with software/IT stacks, virtualization (VMware, Docker/Podman), and automation/deployment tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English AND French OR Dutch.
