SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions. You will work on protecting sensitive systems, supporting security architecture, and advising on the integration of secure technologies in complex environments. Your responsibilities Design and implement IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions tailored to customer environments. Lead the design and integration of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) into new and existing systems. Define cybersecurity architectures and roadmaps, aligned with industry standards and best practices. Support customers in assessing their cybersecurity maturity and define pragmatic improvement plans. Advise on and implement network security measures (firewalls, IPsec gateways, segmentation, etc.). Participate in the deployment and tuning of threat detection and SIEM solutions, in particular in telco or critical infrastructure environments. Contribute to the security of cloud and containerized platforms, with a vendor-agnostic approach. Optionally contribute to securing LTE networks and MCX (Mission Critical Communications) solutions. Your profile Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4+ years of experience in the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ideally in telecommunications and/or defense environments. Hands-on experience in: *IAM/PAM architecture & deployment. *PKI design & system integration. Solid knowledge of network and security fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls. Relevant industry certifications are strong assets (Security+, GSEC, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
