What You'll Do

Review requirements for completeness, consistency and testability.
Define and implement test strategies, approaches, scope and planning.
Estimate testing effort and contribute to overall project planning.
Design test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
Coordinate test preparation, execution and follow-up across project teams.
Organise test data and test-environment preparation.
Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and results, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Identify suitable tests for inclusion in the regression test portfolio.
Coordinate regression and non-functional testing, including performance and security-related testing.
Prepare test cases and scenarios suitable for future automation.
Work across multiple projects while maintaining a structured, quality-focused approach.

What you bring

5+ years of professional experience in software testing, test management or QA leadership.
Proven experience in regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of test management principles, methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience defining test strategies and coordinating end-to-end test activities.
Experience with requirements management, business processes and translating requirements into effective test scenarios.
Experience with test data and test-environment preparation.
Good understanding of application landscapes, software development lifecycle models and IT delivery practices.
Working knowledge of non-functional requirements and application architecture.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
