Overview Join to apply for the Solution Architect role at AB InBev . Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level Responsibilities Research, analyze, propose, design and deliver fit-for-purpose solution architectures across business functions/processes and technical domains. Identify technical innovation opportunities drawing on inputs from product squads, suppliers, vendors and external thought leaders. Coordinate the effort to analyze systems and recommend appropriate technology and design decisions required to support solution goals. Guard the quality of, and adherence to, the overall solution design of several related products, as delivered by internal or external teams. Guard the health of the products’ common platforms – ensuring reuse and redesign where needed, proper capacity sizing and respecting limits of cloud platforms. Ensure compliance with internal and external processes throughout the implementation process. Accountabilities: Communication / Collaboration – Serve as the contact point for all technology shaping requests in a business domain; provide education to team members on solution architecture directions and goals; evaluate & communicate impacts of architectural decisions; review assigned teams’ architectural efforts for project implementation. Architecture Development & Implementation – Lead effort to identify and analyse business drivers to derive architecture requirements; develop architecture approach for all applicable layers of a solution; work with business users, enterprise architect and application developers to develop the overall solution architecture; assist in developing architectural best practices and standards; provide leadership and technical guidance to solution architects at suppliers; promote use of architecture standards across projects; review deliverables to ensure quality and traceability to requirements. Architecture Analysis and Consultation – Lead effort to review proposals from an architectural perspective; assess and recommend infrastructure and technical solutions for upgrades to meet business needs. Qualifications Master computer science degree (or equivalent through experience) Demonstrable experience in designing custom, complex enterprise solutions across various architecture domains Knowledge of solution architecture discipline, processes, concepts and best practices Understanding of IT industry trends, enterprise standards and methodology Experience of structuring and facilitating the process of innovation within an IT function Understanding of solution lifecycle, and usage of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Experience of working with development toolsets and frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira) Considered an advantage: demonstrable experience of working with Salesforce, SAP, Azure, and integration technologies Benefits Competitive annual variable bonus Company car with fuel card GSM and laptop A personalized programme of benefits including possibility of (tax-) advantaged purchase of a bicycle, transport, pension savings, electronics (mobile phone, smartwatch, monitor, tablet, TV monitors, etc), sports and fitness subscription Premium and gifts according to company policy Compensation and additional holidays (total 42 days) A unique parental leave Competitive life insurance Learning and development opportunities (LinkedIn Learning/ Workday Learning/Mentoring) Location: Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium #J-18808-Ljbffr
