Retail Partners Colruyt Group overkoepelt alle activiteiten met zelfstandige ondernemers binnen Colruyt Group. Zelfstandige winkelhouders kunnen bij ons terecht voor aankoop en logistiek, maar ook voor meer intense samenwerkingen. Bekende klanten zijn de meer dan 200 Spar-winkels en een 75-tal Alvo-winkels. Onze medewerkers zijn gedreven om een goede service te leveren en hechten veel belang aan partnerschap Functieomschrijving De afdeling store development zorgt voor de relifting en remodeling van bestaande Spar-winkels, en voor de opening van nieuwe winkels. Bij de ontwikkeling en opmaak van plannen hiervoor, hou jij als Project and Identity Manager in het oog dat de nieuwe Spar-identiteit over heel de lijn gerespecteerd wordt.De afdeling store development bestaat uit drie teams die zijn samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor de reliftings (een-op-een vervangingen in winkels), de remodelings (herinrichting) van bestaande Spar-winkels en voor de openingen van nieuwe winkels. Als Project and Identity Manager ben je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen en bewaken van onze formule. Anderzijds vorm je samen met de zelfstandige ondernemer en andere stakeholders een projectteam waarin je als PM de bewaker bent van tijd-scope en middelen.Jouw concrete job?Je zorgt voor de implementatie van de nieuwe winkelformule in de ontwikkelingsplannen. Als formulecoördinator zorg je ervoor dat de nieuwe formule geïntegreerd wordt in de ontwikkelingsplannen, zodat de Spar-winkels zo uniform en herkenbaar mogelijk zijn qua look, feel en inrichting.Je werkt procesmatig samen in je projectteam. In het hele proces van de opening van een winkel, bewaak jij de vooropgestelde deadlines, het doel en het budget van het project. Je werkt daarvoor samen met bouwcoördinatoren en technisch tekenaars die je ondersteunt en aanstuurt om de nieuwe formule te integreren.Je treedt hiervoor regelmatig in overleg met zelfstandige ondernemers. In deze voltijdse job bezoek je regelmatig Spar-uitbaters in Wallonië om winkelplannen te bespreken en help je ook bij de opstart van nieuwe winkels.Je analyseert resultaten en cijfers van verschillende productcategorieën en je weet hieruit de juiste conclusies en bevindingen te trekken.Je werkt minstens 2 dagen (ifv de noden van de projecten) per week vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Mechelen. De andere dagen kun je in een van onze regionale kantoren werken, op de projectlocatie of van thuis uit. Profiel Ervaring - Je hebt drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in de verkoop. Basiskennis van de assortimenten, producten en de Spar Colruyt Group formule is een pluspunt . Communicatief vermogen: vlot kunnen communiceren met zelfstandige ondernemers in Vlaanderen alsook met je collega#39;s in Mechelen. Analytische vermogen en ruimtelijke planning - Je bent in staat om het volledige potentieel van een (nieuwe) winkel te benutten, op basis van analyses en plannen, maar ook door vooruit te plannen. Je bent ook in staat om projectmatig en volgens vaste procedures te werken. Overtuigingskracht en probleemoplossend vermogen - Je hebt sterke schouders en bent in staat om mensen voor jouw standpunt te winnen. Je blijft niet stilstaan bij een probleem, maar zoekt altijd naar oplossingen. Talenkennis - Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Frans, of je bent tweetalig Aanbod Van € 3.100 tot € 3.900 per maand Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken: 2 dagen Initiatief en impact – Bij de opening van iedere nieuwe winkel wordt de impact die jij hebt in je job zichtbaar.
