Support transformation programmes by ensuring solutions and domains evolve consistently toward the target enterprise architecture. Technical Leadership & Governance Lead and participate in architecture reviews, design boards, and governance forums, ensuring alignment across programmes and initiatives. Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference models, and ensure their adoption across teams. Provide technical leadership during key programmes, guiding teams toward coherent and compliant architectural decisions. Ensure solution designs adhere to security, compliance, performance, and maintainability standards. Document architecture decisions, blueprints, integration specifications, and reusable patterns to support transparency and reuse. Coach and mentor engineering teams, promoting architectural best practices and technical excellence. Accelerating Innovation Evaluate emerging technologies to assess strategic relevance, enterprise applicability, and readiness.
