Onze klant, Febelgra, wil haar team uitbreiden met een Solo Legal Advisor.
Heb je er zin in om zelf alle juridische zaken te beheren en in projecten te werken, die het juridische overstijgen?
Wil je deel uitmaken van een groeiende federatie?
Febelgra is de sectorfederatie van de Belgische grafische industrie en vertegenwoordigt de ondernemingen in de print-, de prepress- en de afwerkingsindustrie.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je staat de leden bij als centraal aanspreekpunt over hun B2B relaties met klanten en leveranciers;
- Je vertegenwoordigt de leden bij contacten met stakeholders (bv. Werkgroepen en juridische commissie VBO,…) en in bepaalde adviesorganen (bv. Centrale Raad Bedrijfsleven,…);
- Je verstrekt eerstelijnsadvies aan bedrijven in alle takken van het recht waarover ze vragen hebben;
- Je neemt initiatief om de dienstverlening en informatiestromen van de federatie naar de leden toe te optimaliseren. In deze context volg je de evolutie van de wetgeving en de rechtspraak, en analyseert de impact ervan op de brede grafische sector;
- Je bouwt de dienstverlening in alle takken van het recht verder uit, mede via externe samenwerkingsverbanden.
- Je neemt deel aan projecten die juridische materies overstijgen (bv. het detecteren van nieuwe ledenvoordelen);
- Je superviseert de werking en de geldstromen Fondsen voor Bestaanszekerheid waarvoor de sectorfederatie bestuursverantwoordelijkheid draagt;
- Je steunt Febelgra bij het vervullen van de kerntaken;
- Je hebt interesse om de economische evoluties in de sector te volgen;
- Je maakt deel uit van het redactieteam van 'First Impression' (maandelijks tijdschrift) en schrijft content voor de actualisatie van de Febelgra website.
- Je hebt een Master in de Rechten en ervaring als bedrijfsjurist of advocaat;
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief;
- Jouw persoonlijkheid is nog belangrijker dan jouw ervaring;
- Hands-on jurist, die het fijn vindt om iets te betekenen voor de leden;
- Je hebt affiniteit met de sector van de printmedia en de bredere grafische industrie;
- Je stelt de kwaliteit in jouw werk centraal en levert de leden een gepersonaliseerde service;
- Het nemen van initiatief wordt aangemoedigd en gewaardeerd.
