Finc is op zoek naar junior vastgoed taxateurs voor de waardering van onroerende goederen.
Wie is Finc ?
Finc is een jonge en dynamische entiteit binnen het bedrijf Gudrun Xpert, één van de grootste onafhankelijke vastgoedschatters van België en voornamelijk actief in de bank- en verzekeringssector. Met ons team duiken we de wondere wereld in van artificiële intelligentie en ondersteunen we Gudrun Xpert in zijn transformatie naar een future proof dienstverleningsbedrijf.
Waar kom je terecht?
- Je komt terecht in een nieuw team waar je omringd zal zijn door 40 jaar expertise. Een goede samenwerking vinden we belangrijk.
- Na je opleidingstraject werk je zowel van thuis uit als van op kantoor, dat zich in Brussel bevindt naast het Centraal station.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
- Je voert marktwaarde schattingen uit van onroerende goederen in het kader van hypothecaire kredieten.
- Dit doe je vanop afstand zonder het pand te bezoeken, dankzij een innovatief systeem gebaseerd op artificiële intelligentie.
- Jouw meerwaarde bestaat erin de juiste methodologieën en jouw marktkennis hierop toe te passen.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Een opleiding die start vanaf jouw eerste dag.
- Mogelijkheden om door te groeien naargelang jouw interesses.
- Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met volgende voordelen: 20 wettelijke verlofdagen aangevuld met 6 ADV dagen, maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatieverzekering, laptop, woon-werk vergoeding en forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding.
- Na het voltooien van jouw opleidingsperiode voegen volgende voordelen zich nog toe aan jouw loonpakket: groepsverzekering, gsm-abonnement en mobiliteitsbudget.
Jij brengt mee:
Je bent een doortastende en leergierige junior taxateur die zich goed kan verdiepen in wat er zich in de markt afspeelt en deze kennis kan toepassen.
Verder heb je:
- Een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in economie/financiën, ingenieurswetenschappen zoals handelsingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur…)
- Interesse in het vastgoed rekenen en de verschillende schattingsmethodieken.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en bezit over een analytisch vermogen.
- Affiniteit met de digitale wereld.
Beschik jij over de nodige financiële inzichten, ben je analytisch en heb je een interesse in vastgoedwaardebepalingen?
