In a nutshellAre you a structured multitasker who thrives on improving how teams work?Do you enjoy connecting people, streamlining processes, and making projects run smoother?As our Project & Process Improvement Consultant, you’ll play a key role in how Ferranti delivers its MECOMS 365 solution. You’ll support project execution and internal workflows, while helping shape and promote our project methodology across teams. Working closely with our PMO, you’ll act as an internal auditor, process optimizer, and cross-team connector — driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.Your main tasks and responsibilitiesTake ownership of the MECOMS project methodology, ensuring consistent use of tools, templates, and documentation.Collaborate with the PMO to refine project standards and embed best practices across teams.Monitor project status, effort bookings, and monthly closings.Support project managers with reporting, budget follow-up, and internal coordination.Analyze Azure DevOps environments and internal workflows to identify improvement opportunities.Act as internal auditor: assess compliance and advise on process optimizations.Organize internal sessions (PM/SDM meetings, knowledge exchanges, etc.).Foster strong collaboration across departments (consultants, architects, operations, HR, finance, etc.ProfileYou have:A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.A passion for improving how teams work and collaborate.Experience or strong interest in project coordination or process improvement.You are: A proactive multitasker who thrives in structured environments.Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both people and processes.Fluent in Dutch and English.We offerBe part of a leading, innovative company where you keep on track with the latest technologies.A team culture that is based on trust and where continuous growth is naturally encouraged.Real career opportunities: do you want to become an expert or rather grow towards a more functional or management role, that’s up to you.
