Digital Journey Manager

- Je verbetert de online ervaring door klantenjourneys te optimaliseren vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de aankoop en verder.
- Je maakt de journeys inzichtelijk dmv functionele journey maps en gebruikt een reverse funnel aanpak om je commerciële doelen te bereiken.
- Je identificeert verbeteringen door hypotheses op te stellen voor A/B-tests en interpreteert de resultaten.
- Je hebt grondige expertise in digitale marketing, met kennis van digitale analytics, advertising, SEO, content marketing, e-mailmarketing en CRO. Je weet welke digitale kanalen en tactics in te zetten voor journey-optimalisaties.
- Je zet performance reportings op en monitort continu wat wel en niet werkt.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt constructief samen met andere teams en digitale experts. Je neemt hen mee in de digitale journeystrategie en brieft hen, zodat zij bijdragen aan de nodige optimalisaties.
- Je bent zeer prestatiegericht: je hebt een goed overzicht van je business resultaten, je beheert je budget en backlogs op de meest efficiënte manier.
- Een aantal jaren ervaring in digitale marketing, e-commerce en/of digitaal campaign management.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams en experten.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden met een focus op het behalen van resultaten.
- Goede kennis van analytische tools (zoals Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics en Content Square), e-mailmarketing, segmentatietactieken, SEO, content marketing, CRO en digitaal campaign management.
- Vermogen om in complexe situaties moeiteloos te navigeren.
- Bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied of een postgraduaat in digitale marketing.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Veel ruimte om je expertise te ontwikkelen en te experimenteren. Fouten maken hoort bij het leerproces
