This is a hands-on role focused on model implementation, system integration, and performance improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement AI / NLP components for an internal chatbotBuild and optimize conversational AI solutions for enterprise useIntegrate AI models with internal data sources, APIs, and business systemsImprove chatbot accuracy, performance, and response qualityCollaborate with architects, analysts, and IT teams for scalable deliverySupport testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise IT standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in AI, NLP, Machine Learning, or Conversational AIExcellent programming skills in Python, APIs, backend developmentProven ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)Comfortable working in a regulated and structured IT contextExperience in Insurance or Healthcare is a strong plusFluent in English, with working knowledge of Dutch and/or French =Interested?
