About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Healthcare Administrative and Operations professionals with hands-on expertise in the back-office workflows that support medical practices, hospitals, and health plans.

  • Review remittance and payment workflows, including Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), payment posting, and reconciliation.
  • Support provider and payer operations, including credentialing, provider enrollment, payer configuration, appeals, grievances, and member/provider services.
  • Manage health information workflows, medical records administration, release of information, and day-to-day practice operations.
  • Apply hands-on knowledge of healthcare systems and administrative workflows to support high-quality project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of daily, hands-on experience in a healthcare administrative, operational, or back-office role.
  • Currently working in a healthcare administrative role.
  • Direct experience with healthcare administrative systems, including payer portals, EHR/practice-management platforms, and/or clearinghouses.
  • Experience with platforms such as Availity, Optum/Change Healthcare, Waystar, Office Ally, UHC Link, BCBS, Aetna, or comparable payer systems.
