Bright Plus is bezig aan een stevige opmars. Onze professionele, open en persoonlijke aanpak maakt ons dan ook tot een 'Plus' voor zowel jobkandidaten als groeiende bedrijven. Om dit verder te zetten, zoeken we een HR Project Leader in Sint-Pieters-Woluwe voor het team International Talents.

Wat doe je als HR Project Coordinator?
Jij krijgt van ons twee petten, want je richt je zowel op onze projectmedewerkers die aan de slag zijn bij onze klanten als op aanwervende bedrijven. Elke dag ziet er dus anders uit.
Team opvolgen en uitbreiden – Voor onze projectmedewerkers en freelancers ben jij de rots in de branding. Jij matcht hen met tijdelijke projecten bij onze klanten en hoort iedereen elke maand om zeker te zijn dat alles goed verloopt. Je plant dus niet enkel, maar bent ook een luisterend oor, coach en motivator. Bovendien ga je op zoek naar nieuwe krachten voor het International Talents-team, met taken van recruiting tot screening.
Klanten vinden en binden – Zoekt een bedrijf naar een meertalige professional om een piekperiode te overbruggen, langdurige afwezigheid op te vangen of een ander nood in te vullen? Dan zorg jij snel voor de juiste oplossing. Nadien evalueer je met de klant onze samenwerking én speur je naar extra opportuniteiten. Die commerciële flair zet je ook in om nieuwe bedrijven te prospecteren en te overtuigen van Bright Plus als hr partner.
Wat zijn de 5 troeven van onze HR Project Coordinators?
Naast ambitie, een paar jaar relevante werkervaring, een passie voor HR en een vlotte 3-taligheid (NL/FR/EN), heb je :
