Voor onze nieuwe MR MARVIS Store in België zijn we op zoek naar verkoopmedewerkers (8 - 36 uur).

Na de succesvolle opening van een winkel in Antwerpen en Knokke, openen we een winkel in Ghent

Als Style Advisor bij MR MARVIS ben jij ambassadeur van onze winkel. Je zorgt voor een gastvrije en inspirerende sfeer waarin klanten zich op hun gemak voelen en met enthousiasme worden geholpen. Je begeleidt klanten in hun zoektocht naar de perfecte outfit en biedt deskundig stylingadvies.

Onze winkels zijn het visitekaartje van MR MARVIS We willen dat klanten in onze winkels dezelfde geweldige ervaring hebben als op onze webshop. Hier kunnen ze niet alleen onze collectie van dichtbij bekijken, maar ook de kwaliteit voelen en de perfecte fit ontdekken. Een bezoek aan onze winkels brengt MR MARVIS écht tot leven

Ons winkelconcept is uniek. Wij hebben van alle producten 1 maat uithangen om de klant te inspireren. Onze style advisors vormen een belangrijk onderdeel in de ervaring die we onze klanten bieden. Zij nemen de klant mee op reis om op zoek te gaan naar de perfecte outfit. Iedereen die bij ons in de winkel werkt, speelt een cruciale rol in het creëren van een exceptionele klantervaring.

De fysieke winkelervaring sluit naadloos aan op de digitale ervaring: klanten kunnen onze collectie verkennen op iPads bij de paskamers, klantgegevens uit de webshop zijn beschikbaar in het kassasysteem en na aankoop ontvangt men de bon per email. Winkelen is bij ons meer dan alleen producten kopen. Het is een ervaring waar je met een positief gevoel op terugkijkt.

Over MR MARVIS

MR MARVIS is een snelgroeiend Amsterdams mannenmodemerk dat zich volledig richt op het maken van de perfecte shorts, broeken én tops. Ons merk breidt zich sinds de lancering in 2016 snel uit, met inmiddels 15 fysieke winkels in bruisende steden zoals Amsterdam, Antwerpen, München en Brussel en een sterke online aanwezigheid in heel Europa.

Na de succesvolle lanceringen van onze eerste winkels in Amsterdam en Antwerpen, zijn er acht winkels in Nederland, drie in België en twee in Duitsland bijgekomen. In onze winkels kunnen klanten alle shorts, broeken en tops ontdekken. Deze beleving willen we zo plezierig mogelijk maken. Terwijl de ene klant de perfecte korte broek past, kan de andere genieten van een verse kop koffie of een Peroni 0.0 biertje.

Het is onze missie om positieve energie te verspreiden en mensen een marvellous gevoel te geven. Dit doen we door iconische ontwerpen te creëren, uitstekende service te bieden en bewuste keuzes te maken voor mens en planeet. Tijdloze ontwerpen, duurzame materiaalkeuzes en lokale productie staan bij ons voorop en alles wordt gemaakt in Portugal. We zijn het grootste Nederlandse kledingmerk met een B Corp Certificering. Dit keurmerk wordt alleen toegekend aan bedrijven die aantoonbaar een positieve impact maken en bijdragen aan een betere wereld.

Duurzaamheid gaat verder dan alleen verantwoord produceren en verkopen – het draait uiteindelijk ook om de mensen. Daarom zetten we ons in voor verschillende vrijwilligersactiviteiten. Zo bezoeken onze medewerkers verzorgingshuizen en dansen ze met ouderen om eenzaamheid tegen te gaan. Verder helpen we met het renoveren van huizen voor daklozen en trotseren we elk jaar één dag de kou in onze shorts om geld op te halen voor KiKa, een stichting die zich inzet tegen kinderkanker. We geven ook iets terug aan de natuur met initiatieven zoals Plant-A-Tree Friday. Zo heeft ons team afgelopen december 200 bomen geplant in Nederland.

We willen dat onze medewerkers zich marvellous voelen. Over de functie

  • Je zorgt voor een geweldige eerste indruk door klanten te verwelkomen, contact te maken, ze te informeren over ons merk en winkelconcept, en hen te inspireren om onze collectie te ontdekken. Vanaf het moment dat de klant de drempel overstapt voelt hij zich welkom;
  • Je adviseert klanten over producten, kwaliteiten, herkomst en maatselectie. Je weet waar je het over hebt en straalt zelfvertrouwen uit;
  • Je geeft next level styling advies. Je haalt niet alleen de juiste maten voor de klant, maar geeft tevens inspirerend styling advies als gratis service aan de klant. Dit alles met zelfvertrouwen en trots;
  • Je geeft de klant net dat beetje extra service, dat helemaal het verschil maakt. Het afspelden van lange broeken zodat deze op maat gemaakt kunnen worden door de tailor en aanbieden van koffie of iets verfrissends zijn slechts een paar voorbeelden van de service die wij bieden aan onze klanten als onderdeel van de totale winkelervaring;
  • Je draagt zorg voor de uitstraling van de winkel, zowel de binnen- als de buitenzijde zien er altijd tiptop uit als jij aan het werk bent.

Jouw profiel
  • Je bent enthousiast en energiek en hebt een commerciële focus, ook ben je geduldig, flexibel en representatief;
  • Je maakt makkelijk contact;
  • De klant staat voor jou altijd op nummer één;
  • Je hebt een passie voor styling en bent niet bang om alternatieve producten aan te bieden;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met Fashion en Retail en bent enthousiast over MR MARVIS. Ervaring in een service gerichte branche zoals horeca of retail is een pré;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, je luistert echt naar de klant;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

  • Salaris: € 11,- tot € 16,- per uur (afhankelijk van leeftijd, ervaring en beschikbaarheid)
