What We’re Looking for in You Seasoned Java Developer : Over 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable and robust Java solutions, with a strong background in system design, software development methodologies, and scalable architectures. Architect of Change : You’re comfortable leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to new stacks, and exploring new technologies to ensure we stay ahead. Mentor & Collaborator : Your experience enables you to mentor junior engineers, guide collaborative projects, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
