De rol van Project Manager Software Ontwikkeling biedt u de unieke kans om een strategisch meerjaren traject te leiden en sterke coördinatie over meerdere teams heen te behouden. U wordt gezocht voor deze positie omdat u minimaal 6 jaar ervaring heeft als project manager in softwareontwikkeling, waarvan u 3 jaar in maatwerksoftware hebt gewerkt. U bent aantoonbaar succesvol geweest met Agile/Scrum-methodiek en kent uw weg in backend- en Java-gerichte softwareontwikkeling. Vaardigheden Projectmanagement Leidinggeven aan softwareontwikkelingsprojecten Coördineren van verschillende teams Begeleiden van faseringen en uitrol van projectfases Intens samenwerken met business projectmanagers Als senior Project Manager zult u verantwoordelijk zijn voor het creëren van inzicht in performantie en bottlenecks binnen teams. U moet risico's identificeren en beheersen, wijzigingen plannen en implementeren, en kwaliteit en continuïteit van producten en diensten bewaken. Bijdragen aan de productstrategie en roadmap en definieren van productvereisten op basis van klantbehoeften, marktanalyse en interne input maken ook onderdeel uit van uw takenpakket. U werkt nauw samen met development, support en Sales voor productupdates en innovaties.
