About the Role The Data Quality Connector plays a central role in enhancing the value, reliability, and trust of organizational data. Working across business and technical teams, this role ensures that data quality issues are identified, analyzed, and prevented through effective standards and processes. The position supports data-driven decision-making by promoting transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement in data quality management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct root cause analyses to identify and address drivers of poor data quality.Perform data profiling on critical datasets to detect anomalies and inconsistencies.Collaborate with Data Stewards, business owners, and IT to define and implement data quality standards, rules, and metrics.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for automated data quality checks.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key data quality indicators.Support remediation and cleansing initiatives while promoting proactive data quality practices.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Stewardship roles.Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, profiling, and analysis.Experience with data quality tools, data profiling techniques, and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau).Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.Fluent in English.Preferred:Knowledge of data governance principles (Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Lineage).Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python).Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.ExtraCompetitive salary and benefits package, including company car, insurance, and meal vouchers.Flexible working hours, hybrid work options.A people-oriented, international company with a supportive and collaborative culture.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.Modern workplace with green spaces and social events.
