Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een System Supervisor - Bagage Handling.
Als System Supervisor ben je de cruciale schakel voor het opvolgen en aansturen van het bagagesysteem en het snel reageren op eventuele storingen of afwijkingen. Aan de hand van supervisie systemen (SCADA) analyseer je alarmen en/of afwijkend gedrag van de installatie, waarna je de juiste stappen onderneemt om het probleem op te lossen. Hierbij stuur je de juiste technici of operatoren aan en werk je nauw samen met je collega's en de Duty Manager.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
- Je volgt de alarmen van de installatie via SCADA en analyseert de impact van storingen. Je stuurt de technici en operatoren aan om problemen snel op te lossen en de doorstroming van bagage te waarborgen.
- Wanneer een alarm niet binnen de gestelde tijd kan worden opgelost, werk je samen met de tweede lijn contractors en andere afdelingen om het probleem verder te onderzoeken en op te lossen.
- Je maakt gedetailleerde rapporten van je shift, analyseert systeemgedrag en deelt bevindingen met de teamleader of Duty Manager Bagage. Je rapporteert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk over de voortgang en performance van het systeem.
- In geval van operationele storingen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het escaleren van incidenten naar de juiste partijen, zoals hotlines of service providers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles snel en efficiënt wordt opgelost.
Wat jou onderscheidt:
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een operationele of technische omgeving, bijvoorbeeld in supply chain of als system operator. Ervaring met bagagesystemen is een plus.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed rapporteren en overleggen met verschillende afdelingen en teams. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt de capaciteit om snel te analyseren en beslissingen te nemen, zelfs onder druk. Je kunt goed omgaan met operationele uitdagingen en blijft kalm tijdens incidenten.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en je weet wanneer je de handen uit de mouwen moet steken om te helpen bij het oplossen van problemen.
- Deze functie vereist dat je in shiften werkt, waaronder vroege, late en nachtdiensten (6u – 14u, 14u – 22u, 22u – 6u). Ook ben je bereid om weekenden en feestdagen op een beurtrol basis te werken.
