Voor de afdeling Water North (gelokaliseerd in Aartselaar) is Equans op zoek naar een Project Manager.
Wat houdt deze job precies in?
Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en coördinatie van projecten. Tot jouw takenpakket behoren onder meer:
- de calculatie en offerteopmaak
- het opstellen van procedures en technische specificaties
- contacten en onderhandelingen met de klanten (overheden) tijdens de projectuitvoering
- contacten met en opvolging van de leveranciers, onderaannemers en werfleiding
- de technische detailuitwerking en opvolging van de projecten samen met het engineering office
- je coördineert inbedrijfnames van onze installaties
- beheer van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, uitgaven en inkomsten
- je neemt de leiding over het project en coördineert alle betrokken partijen
- je rapporteert aan de Section Manager en fungeert dagdagelijks als eindverantwoordelijke van jouw toegewezen projecten en tenders
- Vlaanderen is jouw regio, met Aartselaar als uitvalsbasis
De Project Manager die we zoeken, bezit volgende kwaliteiten:
- je bent Industrieel Ingenieur elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring, maar dit is geen must
- ervaring met overheidsopdrachten strekt tot aanbeveling
- een goede kennis van (industriële) elektrische vermogen- en stuurinstallaties is noodzakelijk, kennis van highvoltage installaties is een pluspunt
- op werven vertoon je leidinggevende vaardigheden met zin voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
- je beschikt over commerciële vaardigheden, bent contactvaardig en resultaatgericht
- je hebt een sterke hands-on mentaliteit en bent praktisch ingesteld: problemen pak je aan
- je hebt een autonome manier van werken in een teamgeoriënteerde organisatie
- plannen, organiseren en coördineren zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
- je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands en weet je uit de slag te trekken in het Frans en het Engels

Het departement profileert zich als specialist op het gebied van engineering en projectmanagement voor de realisatie, bewaking en afstandsbediening van deze kunstwerken.
