Als Support Engineer Elektronica - ICT streef je mee naar een succesvolle beleving van onze bezoekers en partners door een optimale werking van alle bestaande en toekomstige opstellingen in de tentoonstellingsruimte van Technopolis te garanderen.
Wie zijn wij?
Technopolis / F.T.I heeft een ambitieuze missie voor ogen: iedereen fascineren met wetenschap en technologie. WOW Dat willen we onze bezoekers, jong en oud, horen uitschreeuwen.
Wij baten in het doe-centrum in Mechelen een veelheid aan activiteiten uit voor verschillende doelgroepen: een bezoek voor families met kinderen, verjaardagsfeestjes, groepsbezoeken, schooluitstappen, events & teambuildings voor bedrijven,… Je vindt ons niet alleen meer in Mechelen, maar overal waar je kijkt in Vlaanderen. We gaan ook shows en workshops geven op evenementen en festivals, in scholen en klassen, in Vlaamse cultuurcentra,…
Wat staat er op je to-do lijst als Support Engineer Elektronica - ICT?
- Je staat in voor een optimale werking van alle bestaande en nieuwe opstellingen in Technopolis.
- Je pakt de software, hardware en elektronica problemen aan van de bestaande opstellingen. Er wordt met verschillende software gewerkt zoals Phyton, C++, Arduino, Logo, Java, Raspberry Pie, Adobe Flash Player, Linux, Windows, … Je bekijkt of herstellingen intern (door jezelf of IT collega's) of extern uitgevoerd moeten worden. Je spreekt de juiste taal om met specialisten in discussie te gaan.
- Voor de nieuwe zones zit je mee aan de tafel om te bekijken welke systemen vanuit technologisch standpunt het best geschikt zijn, geef je advies aan de projectmanager, bepaal je mee welke 'service level agreement' het beste bij het project van toepassing is,…
- Je bent de contactpersoon tussen de interne afdelingen en externe partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat de afspraken die met leveranciers gemaakt zijn succesvol in de praktijk worden gebracht.
- Je houdt het overzicht op de planning voor het ontwikkelen en herstellen van bepaalde opstellingen in samenwerking met collega's en externe partners.
- Je volgt zelfstandig projecten op met externe partijen.
- Je bent contactpersoon bij de productie van eventueel nieuw aanbod, al dan niet in samenwerking met externe partners.
- Je zorgt voor de planning en praktische organisatie bij complexere producties (bv nieuwe kettingreactie).
Wat heb jij daarvoor in huis?
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor elektronica en ICT.
- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel geschreven als gesproken, in Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent een flexibele team player met een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je werkt klant- en resultaatgericht en beschikt over een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je bent proactief en je kan creatief op zoek gaan naar oplossingen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en je staat open voor nieuwe en uiteenlopende opdrachten.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Je hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van Engels.
- Je draagt de missie van Technopolis een warm hart toe.
