Job Description
I’m currently supporting a leading manufacturing organisation embarking on a major Odoo transformation programme, and they are looking for an experienced Odoo Programme Lead to take ownership of the programme from planning through to implementation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams and implementation partners to ensure the Odoo transformation is aligned with wider business objectives, while overseeing programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and key milestones.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant transformation programme and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s future ERP landscape.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Odoo transformation programme
- Establish programme governance, structure, milestones and delivery plans
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business
- Coordinate business, technical and implementation teams
- Oversee requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design
- Support change management, business readiness and user adoption
- Drive the programme through testing, deployment and go-live
Qualifications Needed
- 5+ years' experience in ERP programme management, transformation or implementation
- Proven experience leading ERP transformation or implementation projects xlxgzvr
- Strong experience with Odoo, ideally across a significant implementation or transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing internal teams, implementation partners and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and business transformation
- Previous experience working in a freelance or consultancy environment is advantageous
- English (Working Proficiency)
