Lees snel deze vacature en stuur je CV en motivatie door Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Care Executive - Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige customer journey van hun klanten. Het is jouw doel om hen optimaal te ontzorgen. Je neemt het ownership op jou om onze klanten van A-Z doorheen alle fases van hun klantendossier te begeleiden. Hoe je dat gaat doen? Door op een klantvriendelijke en proactieve manier vragen, opmerkingen en klachten te beantwoorden en terug te koppelen naar de klant. Die vragen en klachten oplossen doe je niet alleen, maar in samenwerking met onze andere interne en externe diensten. Rekening houden met onze bedrijfsprocedures en een zorgvuldige administratie horen hier natuurlijk ook bij In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Customer Care Teamlead. Wie ben je? Je hebt een Bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur een logistieke opleiding maar geen must), bent equivalent door ervaring of bent gefascineerd door de logistieke sector Je functioneert perfect in een omgeving waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is. Je bent communicatief waardoor je zonder problemen in staat bent om solide klantenrelaties op te bouwen. Je krijgt drive van scherpe deadlines en (last minute) beslissingen. Je bent een pro in prioriteiten stellen en kan anticiperen op elke situatie. Je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen en bent uiterst nauwkeurig. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt Je bent IT minded en nieuwe software ken je in een vingerknip. Je bent een echte teamplayer.
