De afdeling Outsourcing biedt tijdelijke versterking in de financiële afdelingen van ondernemingen. Dit in verschillende soorten functies, gaande van accounting profielen (accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, chief accountant, tot controlling profielen (financial controllers, business controllers, …) en consolidatie profielen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van onze service line Outsourcing in het kantoor van Antwerpen. Je zorgt voor een lokale uitrol van de nationale beleidslijnen. Je krijgt de ruimte en het vertrouwen om jouw eigen outsourcing business uit te bouwen in de regio Antwerpen.
- Je gaat prospectie naar nieuwe klanten en bouwt een klantenportefeuille uit.
- Je blijft steeds op zoek naar nieuwe opdrachten voor huidige en nieuwe consultants.
- Je gaat kennismakingsgesprekken aan met CFO's en bedrijfsleiders en brengt hun noden in kaart om zo tot een overeenkomst te komen.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten, want je volgt de lopende projecten op en bevraagt de tevredenheid van de klant.
- Je bewaakt de rendabiliteit van de afdeling: je houdt de vooropgestelde targets in de gaten en communiceert over de voortgang naar de vennoten.
- Je bouwt mee aan de uitwerking van het outsourcing team en voert rekruteringsgesprekken met potentiële kandidaten.
- Je stuurt een team van junior en senior consultants aan, je staat in voor het afnemen van evolutiegesprekken en werkt mee aan opleidingstrajecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van verbondenheid in het outsourcing team.
- Indien je over een financiële achtergrond beschikt, kan het zijn dat je af en toe zelf op een project aan de slag gaat en de nodige begeleiding geeft aan de consultants.

- Je deed ervaring op in de werving en selectie OF hebt ervaring in een financiële job in accounting en/of controlling.
- Je werkt graag intensief samen met mensen.
- Je bent hands-on, weet van aanpakken en leeft op van een snel veranderende omgeving.
- Jij houdt de communicatielijnen kort en de flexibiliteit hoog, waardoor jij snel schakelt indien nodig.
