B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Machine Learning Engineer in our Automotive team. As an Machine Learning Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning. Your responsabilities: Design, develop, and adapt algorithms based on the latest state-of-the-art multimodal models. Stay up to date with cutting-edge research in deep learning and generative AI. Implement, optimize, and maintain models, ensuring clean and well-documented code repositories. Collaborate closely with the researchers and external partners. Build Proof of Concepts and working prototypes. Contribute to scientific publications for major conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ECCV). Support the integration, testing, and deployment of models in real-world environments (cloud, edge, embedded systems). Your profile: Minimum level Master with research focused thesis and publications or PhD level with proven top conference publications. Proficient in Python; C++ knowledge is a plus. Research experience with frontier Machine Learning models (LLMs and VLMs). Passionate for building next AI systems Experience in Pytorch, and hugging face libraries. Practical, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results. Self-motivated, scientifically curious, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?
