Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics – In4Matic Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to lead the design and further development of a new Customer Portal that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and a broad ecosystem of external systems through APIs and middleware. This role will shape the technical vision, define solution architecture, and guide integration strategy to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing digital platform. Responsibilities Define the technical strategy and architecture for a modern Customer Portal integrated with Dynamics 365 and multiple external systems. Design solution blueprints, integration patterns, data flows, and governance standards. Oversee API design, middleware integration, and microservices architecture. Collaborate with CRM, frontend, backend, and middleware teams to ensure cohesive system design. Establish and enforce best practices in security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Prepare architectural documentation and present solution decisions to stakeholders. Work within a cloud-native or hybrid architecture environment using Microsoft Azure services. Required Skills And Experience 6+ years of experience in software architecture or solution design. Minimum 1 year of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform architecture. Proven experience architecting customer portals or self‑service platforms with complex integrations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies: Dynamics 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Azure Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus) Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration middleware. Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with identity management (Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, OpenID Connect). Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, system design, and data modeling. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent) is preferred. Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus. Profile Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and technologies. Passion for innovation, architecture quality, and continuous improvement.
